I made five market plans and now none of them is ready

Same tiny team, five languages, five sets of references. I think I turned “test distribution” into an operations project. How would you cut it back?

Pick the market where the product is already usable and you can evaluate the result. One audience, one working destination, one content batch. Add another market after you know what blocked the first.

That probably means dropping the market with the most exciting headline. It also needs the most product work.

Dropping it from the first test isn’t dropping it forever. Put the missing product work in a separate list so it doesn’t quietly return as “just one more locale.”
