Six lines before we call this a US launch plan

I’m trying to replace a vague “let’s reach the US” conversation with a short brief. Customer, destination, first creative, next action, owner, evidence for the next batch. What’s missing?

Availability belongs somewhere near the destination. Can that customer actually use and pay for the thing you’re showing?

The six-line launch brief

Customer
Who in the US has this problem?
Destination
Where can they try or buy the working product?
First creative
Which real product moment will we show?
Next action
What should the viewer do?
Owner
Who approves, publishes and can pause?
Decision
What evidence earns the next batch?

A working brief, not a promise of US distribution or sales.

Added. I also changed “owner” to name who can pause publishing. Approving the launch and handling a problem aren’t always the same person.

That’s enough for a first brief. I wouldn’t add twelve more fields until one of them changes a real decision.
