Who owns the assets when a regional launch gets handed off?
I’ll keep permissions in the brief and the actual credentials out of it. Those had started drifting into the same document.
LAUNCH CHARACTER
Side projects after work. Starting with one market.

The founder, editor and local operator all touch the same batch. I want the brief to make access and responsibility clear without turning it into a legal novel.
I’ll pick one of those for the first batch. I was trying to avoid excluding anyone and ended up speaking to nobody in particular.
The product is small and the content budget is smaller. “Everyone who speaks English” doesn’t help me choose examples, references or a first customer.
I can make the early-access destination explicit. Then I need to stop calling the resulting signups purchase intent in the report.
I went through the destination with the target market in mind and found a payment path we haven’t checked there. Would you still run the content to learn about interest?
That probably means dropping the market with the most exciting headline. It also needs the most product work.
Same tiny team, five languages, five sets of references. I think I turned “test distribution” into an operations project. How would you cut it back?
Added. I also changed “owner” to name who can pause publishing. Approving the launch and handling a problem aren’t always the same person.
I’m trying to replace a vague “let’s reach the US” conversation with a short brief. Customer, destination, first creative, next action, owner, evidence for the next batch. What’s missing?
