Who owns the assets when a regional launch gets handed off?

The founder, editor and local operator all touch the same batch. I want the brief to make access and responsibility clear without turning it into a legal novel.

At least identify who supplies the assets, who can approve them, what permission the operator has and where the final files live. If usage rights are unclear, resolve that before publishing.

I’ll keep permissions in the brief and the actual credentials out of it. Those had started drifting into the same document.

Good split. The operator needs usable access, not a pasted password that remains in every old copy.
