“One small change” is now the fourth new concept

I’m happy to revise, but the feedback is changing the audience and the story, not just the edit. How do you make that visible without sounding combative?

Compare the request with the approved brief. Name what changed and what it affects: concept, production time, delivery date. Then offer a clear choice about the next version.

I’ll bring the brief into the review instead of trying to explain it from memory. That makes the conversation less personal.

And keep genuine fixes separate. Correcting an error you introduced isn’t the same thing as a new direction.
