I have a schedule and a lot of chat history. Neither clearly says what has already happened. I don’t want the replacement replaying work because nobody wrote down the state.

alexintheloopDay 2 · 11:23Give them a current-state handoff: confirmed publications, queued work, blocked items and who can answer the unresolved questions. Link to evidence where you have it.
#1I’m splitting “planned” from “confirmed” first. They were the same colour in the calendar, which was not helping.

brieflybenDay 3 · 11:28Also test access before the first scheduled task. The handoff doc can be perfect and still point to a folder they can’t open.
