A prospect wants guaranteed views. What would you actually commit to?

I can control the production and the agreed publishing work. I can’t promise the platform will distribute each post a certain way. I want the proposal to reflect that without being vague.

Commit to the controllable deliverables and define how you’ll review outcomes. If you offer a commercial guarantee, make sure you can actually honour its exact terms. Don’t imply control you don’t have.

I’ll make the deliverables explicit and keep the performance assumptions in a separate section. The current draft blurs them together.

That also helps qualify the client. If their requirement is a guaranteed outcome, a different service may fit better.

Keep the conversation going

How do you save a useful lesson without leaking a client’s work? ↗The report says zero views. The data request failed. ↗The pilot ended. I don’t want the report to be a sales pitch for the retainer. ↗
