notanotherdeckDay 20 · 10:51Start with the original question and the work actually delivered. Then separate observed outcomes from your explanation of them. The next proposal should address a specific remaining uncertainty.
#1I’ll include the approval delays too. They changed what got published, so hiding them would make the creative comparison misleading.
