What happens to the accounts when the client leaves?
I want this clear before onboarding, not during an awkward offboarding call. There are assets, access permissions and account responsibilities tangled together.

Put the agreed ownership and handoff responsibilities in the actual client terms, then reflect them in the operational checklist. Don’t let a shared password become the informal ownership model.
#1I’ll flag the unanswered parts before we start. Better than discovering we had different assumptions after the campaign.
#2And document how access gets removed or transferred. “We’ll sort it out later” is not much of an offboarding process.
