Can a simulator give a range without pretending to predict virality?

I want to plan a small content budget. A single “expected views” number feels like a promise nobody can defend. What inputs would you make explicit?

Production volume, cost per usable asset and a clearly labelled range of outcome assumptions. Let the user change them. Keep the assumptions separate from observed data.
