I want first buyers, retained revenue and refunds to make sense together. Right now a later refund quietly rewrites the earlier acquisition count.

freemiumfranDay 4 · 09:31Keep the first positive payment event and the refund event separate. Then label the measure you’re reporting: first buyers, retained payments or net cash. They answer different questions.
#1I’ll keep the acquisition definition stable and add the refund view. Recent cohorts also need time to mature before comparing retained revenue.
