How do you turn comments into ideas without overreacting to one loud person?
There’s one memorable complaint and a lot of less dramatic questions. I’m trying to collect useful problems, not let the most entertaining reply choose the roadmap.

Group the underlying questions and keep the context. Repeated confusion is worth investigating, but comment frequency isn’t automatically market demand or willingness to pay.
#1I’ll make a question list first and check it against actual product conversations. The loud comment can be a clue, not the decision.
#2Save the original wording privately where appropriate. A polished paraphrase can accidentally remove the thing the person was confused about.
