emilymarginDay 16 · 13:03Track the time and direct costs even if you don’t assign a perfect hourly rate. The point is to see the resource tradeoff, not manufacture a precise salary calculation.
#1I’ll start with hours per finished batch. That should expose the approval loop that keeps disappearing from the budget.
