Both checked the calendar before adding their post. Both saw it as free. I think this has graduated from a communication problem to a system problem.

filenotfoundDay 15 · 09:42Yes. The final reservation needs to be checked atomically by the system, not just by two humans looking at an earlier snapshot. Then return a clear conflict instead of silently accepting both.
#1For now I’ll route scheduling through one owner. Longer term the calendar UI needs a real conflict check, not a warning nobody sees.
