“The video is in Drive” is not quite a handoff

The operator still needs the account, caption and time. I keep answering those in separate messages. What’s the shortest complete record you’d use?

Exact destination, final asset version, approved copy, date with time zone, and approval owner. Plus a link the receiving person can actually open.

No passwords or API keys belong in this record.

I’ve put those in one record. Also changed the status from “done” to “ready for review” until approval exists.

That status change matters. A finished edit and permission to publish are separate things.
